peroxide/clindamycin combination product and a topical sulfacetamide-sulfur preparation. This patient is a candidate for isotretinoin if a short course of oral antibiotics and topical therapy fails. This is case of severe papulopustular acne. There are numerous lesions and many have become confluent. An 8 week trial of oral antibiotics and topical therapy was not effective.
